Fridays 2pm finish for SDR team. Four and a half day week.

We believe in the principle of "work hard, play hard". That is why we have a policy of finishing 2pm on Fridays for all LDR/SDR roles. We know cold outreach is a challenging role and this gives the sales rep teams a chance to unwind together on Friday afternoon. Furthermore, management prioritises staff incentives and shared events. We know that shared laughter strengthens teams and helps everyone return to work with renewed energy.

We organise ongoing tournaments, activities, and fun days for employees, including golf outings, beach football matches, and social gatherings that bring the whole team together.
