We received a great thank you letter from Dorset Community Foundation last week after Astute donated £300 to support the Surviving Winter Appeal. Surviving Winter Dorset is an annual campaign which raises donations for elderly and vulnerable people in the county. Happy Hallowe’en from Astute! Lots of staff got into the Hallowe’en spirit and dressed up for the day in their finest scary outfits. The award for the best dressed went to Sian – it was a close call, but the staples in her face were what tipped it in her favour!
Every year we have a Halloween Fancy Dress day and this year it will be in aid of Julia’s House children’s hospice, this is a Charity which im sure most of you at Astute will be aware of as we have held several Charity events for this great cause.
