CRN Fight Night 2014

Less than a month from now, Paul Woods, our Managing Director, will be stepping into the ring at CRN Fight Night 2014 to raise money for Autism Wessex.

He has been training hard with Kris Cann Personal Training in preparation for the event.

This is what he has to say:

“I’m taking part in this year’s CRN Fight Night to raise money for a fantastic local charity called Autism Wessex.

I step into the ring on 22nd May at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4SD. Without volunteer fighters the charity event could not take place so it was rude not to offer up my services.
