What is the #22PushUpChallenge? Originating in America, the 22 Push Up Challenge is designed to highlight the fact that every day, 22 ex-service personnel commit suicide due to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Combat Stress is the UK’s leading veteran’s mental health charity and Astute is proud to embrace this challenge in support of our veterans suffering from PTSD.
