Rain Didn’t Stop Play: Astute’s Summer Sports Day

Despite planning for a sunny sports day, we were hit with the classic British weather instead! But at Astute, a bit of rain is never going to dampen the team spirit.

From tug-of-war to the microphone

So, we improvised. Footballs, rounders and tug-of-war were swapped for microphones, music and plenty of laughter as the team made the most of our beach party at Branksome Dene Chine.

With good food, great company and no shortage of entertainment, it turned out to be one of the most memorable team days of the year — proof that the best days are about the people you share them with, not the forecast.
